Besides garnering for the company a reputation as an innovative and provocative supplier of china, Figgjo’s design expertise has also won the company a lot of honours. Only since 2000 Figgjo has received 8 Award for Design Excellence, as well as the prestigious Honours Award for Design Excellence, , which is awarded each year to the one company that best cultivates design on a strategically paramount level. Figgjo has also been Nominated for the Honours Award on one more occation for Figgjo Spir. As only Norwegian company Figgjo was also awarded the European design award reddot award both in 2002 and 2003. We see national and international design awards as a confirmation of Figgjos position as a trendsetter.
