A registered customer of Figgjo AS is liable for payment for the products supplied by Figgjo AS pursuant to these terms and conditions.

Prior to the purchase, the Sale of Goods Act/Consumer Purchases Act shall apply, also the Cancellation Rights Act and other relevant legislation as currently applicable.

Figgjo disclaims liability for any typographical errors regarding stated prices, product descriptions and indication of the product’s availability. Figgjo is obliged to inform the customer concerning all typographical errors of relevance to the customer as soon as they are discovered. The customer may then choose, on the basis of the new and correct information, whether to complete the transaction or not.

If, during the effectuation of the customer’s order, a factor is uncovered that would materially hamper Figgjo in the completion of the transaction, Figgjo is entitled to withdraw from the transaction. Figgjo will always have the right to withdraw from the transaction if it, due to aforementioned factors, cannot be completed without loss to Figgjo.

Figgjo does not accept liability for faults and defects in the product due to misuse, poor storage and similar causes.

For purchases governed by the Sale of Goods Act, Figgjo shall have no liability for the purchaser’s indirect losses. Figgjo’s liability for purchaser’s direct losses is also limited to the purchase price for the product in question. The current liability limitations shall not apply if Figgjo is guilty of gross negligence or has otherwise acted in contravention of honesty and good faith. 
  
Under the Cancellation Rights Act the customer has 14 days to cancel, from the date the product is received. See the detailed rules of the Cancellation Rights Act on implementation of the statutory cancellation right.
